TendMark Support

Practical checks for the parts of TendMark you rely on.

Notifications are not appearing

  1. In TendMark, open Settings, then Notifications.
  2. Check that permission, alerts and sounds are enabled.
  3. Tap Check my reminders. If Fix reminders is offered, tap it. If important dated reminders could not be scheduled, review your appointments and advance reminders.
  4. Tap Send test reminder. The test should appear in about five seconds.
  5. On iPhone, check Settings, Notifications, TendMark. Review Focus and Scheduled Summary as well.
  6. Confirm the routine date, exact time and reminder choices. Regular routines use First reminder; Once and Yearly routines have separate advance reminder choices.

Once and Yearly routines offer reminders 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before, and at the due time. Yearly routines keep their anniversary date even if you record an outcome early or late. Appointments can have up to three reminders, including custom amounts in minutes, hours, days or weeks.

iOS limits how many notifications can be scheduled at once. Reopen TendMark regularly so it can refresh upcoming reminders, and review any scheduling warning in Notifications.

A test alert confirms the local notification path. It does not guarantee delivery under every future device condition.

An overdue routine needs an outcome

On Today, tap What happened? on the overdue routine. Choose Done on time, Done late, Skip this time or Not needed to match what actually happened. Done on time uses the scheduled time as the action time; Done late uses the time you record it. The app also keeps when the outcome was recorded. If you do not know what happened, leave it unconfirmed.

After an appointment ends, record Attended or open its other options for Cancelled or Missed. Recorded appointment outcomes appear in History.

A confirmation is wrong

  1. If you have only just confirmed something by mistake, use Undo within four seconds, or twelve seconds when VoiceOver is running.
  2. After that, open History and select the entry.
  3. Correct the entry and give a short reason for the change.

A correction keeps the original entry and time, marks it Corrected and stores the reason, so the record stays honest rather than being quietly rewritten. A missing confirmation means only that nothing was recorded in TendMark. It does not prove that a task was missed.

Events and checklists

Tap Add, then Add an event. Choose a name and date, optionally add an end date, yearly repeat or reminder, then save. Add checklist items inside the event. Free includes 1 active event with up to 5 items; Premium includes unlimited events with up to 50 items each.

Ticking every item does not automatically close the event. Choose Complete event to save its checklist in History. Unchecked items stay unchecked in that record. To make changes later, open the record and choose Reopen event. Free shows the last 30 days of history.

For yearly events, the next copy starts with an unchecked checklist. To end a series, choose Stop yearly repeat, then complete or cancel any remaining open copies. Your earlier history stays saved.

Premium or Restore Purchases

Open TendMark Settings, choose TendMark Premium, then Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. App Store prices and entitlement delivery come from Apple. The yearly plan and any existing monthly subscription can be checked under iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Existing Lifetime purchases remain valid and do not appear in the subscription list.

Apple Calendar copy is not appearing

TendMark opens Apple’s event editor so you can review the appointment, choose a calendar and tap Add. Saving an appointment in TendMark does not add it to Calendar automatically. The Calendar event is a separate copy. TendMark does not monitor later edits or deletion in Calendar, so the app may continue to show that an export happened.

Archive and delete

Archiving hides a profile and keeps its record. In Care, open the profile filter, choose Manage profiles, then use the Archived section to restore or permanently delete it. Permanent deletion removes that profile, its photo, routines, appointments and history and cannot be undone.
