Sound familiar?

“I meant to do something for myself today.”

An activity does not need to be complicated to get crowded out. You can finish a busy day having answered every message and still not have made time for the small thing you wanted to do.

Put a chosen activity into your plan with a realistic time. TendMark can remind you, then let you record what happened. If the day changes, the outcome can reflect that rather than pretending everything went to plan.

Room for real life

Small jobs.
Specific ways to help.

01

Walks and time away from the screen

Add a reminder for an activity or break you have chosen. Use a label such as Walked or Done, then record it afterwards.

02

Music, reading and personal projects

Create a routine for a practice session, reading time or another regular interest. Give it a clear name so the reminder feels like a specific invitation to begin.

03

Your own regular care

Keep personal routines and appointments under your profile. If you also use pill or vitamin reminders, those can stay clearly named as separate routines.

Make it yours

Start with one thing
you want to remember.

TendMark is an iPhone reminder app for personal routines and activities you choose. Set exact times, give each activity a completion word and keep a private record of the outcomes you enter.

  1. 01

    Start with your own profile

Create a Person profile for yourself, or a custom profile for a particular project if that is easier to organise.

  2. 02

    Pick one manageable routine

Choose the activity and a time that fits your day. You can change or pause the routine when your circumstances change.

  3. 03

    Record what actually happened

Choose your own completion word. For overdue routines, options such as Done late, Skipped and Not needed let the record reflect the outcome.

A little more clarity

Personal routine reminders without turning every day into a score

TendMark focuses on your plan and the outcomes you record. It can help you remember a chosen activity and check your entries later, alongside practical jobs such as appointments and household tasks. You choose what to schedule and how often; the app does not prescribe a wellbeing programme.

Before you get started

Your questions,
answered.

Is this a habit tracker with streaks?

TendMark focuses on scheduled routines and confirmation history. It does not offer a streak-based coaching programme.

Can I use it for music practice or reading?

Yes. Create a routine with your chosen schedule and completion word. You can record that you handled it, but TendMark does not measure practice or reading time.

Can I take a break from a routine?

Yes. Routines can be paused and resumed. You can also edit a schedule when it no longer suits you.

Will the app track my walk automatically?

No. It can remind you about the walk and keep the outcome you enter. It does not record your route, distance or exercise activity.
