Sound familiar?

“I just want to know I haven’t forgotten something.”

The practical side of helping someone is often spread across conversations and little notes. You remember the important things, then find yourself worrying about the small ones: the call, the appointment, the job you promised to do.

Give the person their own profile and start with the routines you handle. Today shows what needs attention, Care keeps future plans organised and History lets you check what you recorded. Your own jobs can stay separate while appearing in the same day view.

Room for real life

Small jobs.
Specific ways to help.

01

Regular check-ins and practical help

Add routines for a call, a visit or a household job you handle for someone. Use a completion word such as Called or Done, then record it after the action.

02

Appointments and preparations

Keep a booked appointment with the person’s profile. Set reminders for preparation time and keep useful notes alongside the booking.

03

Care routines from an existing plan

Enter the timings you have already agreed or been advised to follow. For medication, use the existing professional instructions and record Given only after the action.

Make it yours

Start with one thing
you want to remember.

TendMark helps you organise the personal and family care routines you manage. Keep separate profiles, user-entered reminders, appointments and recorded outcomes on your own iPhone.

  1. 01

    Create a recognisable profile

Use the person’s name and an optional photo. Keep notes and appointments with that profile so they are easier to find.

  2. 02

Add what you are responsible for

Start with the routines you personally manage. Choose the dates, times and completion words that make each action clear.

  3. 03

Check the record when you need it

History shows your entered outcomes and recorded times. Corrections retain the original entry and a reason, helping you understand what changed.

A little more clarity

A personal care organiser with clear boundaries

TendMark can reduce the amount you are trying to hold in your head, especially when your day includes more than one person’s needs. It works without a TendMark account, and the care information you enter stays on your iPhone. It is designed for personal and family use.

Before you get started

Your questions,
answered.

Can I organise my own routines and a parent’s?

Yes. Create separate person profiles and add the routines you manage for each. Today brings due items into view while their records remain attached to the right profile.

Can siblings or carers share a live record?

No. TendMark stores records locally on one iPhone. It does not share live updates, assign tasks or notify another carer.

Can I use a custom completion word?

Yes. Use a word such as Called, Given or Checked, or enter another label that matches the routine.

Does a missing entry mean a care task was missed?

No. It means no confirmation was recorded. TendMark cannot verify what happened outside the app.

Is TendMark suitable as a professional care record?

No. It is designed for personal and family organisation. It is not a medication administration record, professional care system or emergency service.
